Data we collect

• Account: email address, first name, Apple or Google sign-in identifier.
• Study profile: level, subjects, exams and revision preferences you enter.
• Content: documents and photos of notes you scan or import, notes, quizzes and flashcards.
• Wellbeing: mood and feelings you choose to record.
• Subscription: Tamy Pro status and purchase history (no payment card data is shared with us).
• Technical: device type, app version, error logs.

How we use it

This data is used only to run Tamy: sync your account, generate your quizzes and revision plans, send the reminders you enabled, manage your subscription and fix bugs. We do not sell your data or show targeted ads.

AI assistant

When you use the assistant, the text of your question and, if you ask for it, the content of the related notes are sent to our AI provider to generate the answer. [TO COMPLETE: provider name and guarantees that data is not used for training.]

Processors

• Supabase: account and data hosting in Europe (London, United Kingdom), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
• RevenueCat, Apple and Google: subscription management.
• Expo: notifications and app updates.

Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active, then deleted within [TO COMPLETE] after account deletion.

Minors

Tamy is intended for people aged 15 and over. Where local law requires it, parental consent is needed for younger users.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from the app or by writing to contact@tamy.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
